About the college:

Pavai Arts and Science College for Women was established in the year 2009. It is affiliated to Periyar University, Salem. It is located in the village of Anaipalayam, Rasipuram, on the National Highways. The college offers six U.G. courses and three P.G. courses. The college has highly qualified and dedicated faculty who make every effort to uplift the students both in curricular and extra curricular activities. We strive to develop confidence in the mind of our students to enable them to become educated cultured and disciplined students and serve our society as well as our nation.

Computer Lab:

Our college has an Internet connected modern computer lab with sufficient systems to enrich and update students’ knowledge.

Infrastructure:

We ensure world class infrastructure surrounded by lush greenery and well turfed garden. We have spacious classrooms, well equipped laboratories, computerized library which give comfort and content to our students.

To impart Education to women so as to empower them, to make them self reliance and confident and enable them to gain control over all situations in life. To raise awareness in women, rural as well as urban, about their rights, social justice and gender equality.
